Katie Maloney Swears By This “Low Maintenance Summer Beauty Hack”
The Vanderpump Rules cast member’s no-fuss beauty tip has us rethinking our summer makeup routine.
Over the years, Katie Maloney has kept her fans up-to-date on the details of her skin and makeup routines.
In 2021, for example, the Vanderpump Rules cast member told BravoTV.com about some of her favorite beauty finds, including the “amazing” brand Versed Skincare, which she said had the “best price points ever,” as well as Oui the People Hydrating Body Gloss for treating the “scaly” skin that comes during the colder months.
Moreover, ahead of the Vanderpump Rules Season 10 reunion, Katie took to her Instagram Stories to share more details about how she gets her skin looking fresh, revealing how she prepped for what turned out to be a drama-filled sit-down.
“Thank you [Caela Esthetics] for getting my skin so glowing ahead of our reunion,” Katie wrote over a March 22 selfie shared before the intense reunion with her castmates. “If you are in LA or planning a trip, book a facial immediately!”
More recently, the sandwich shop co-owner again popped on her Instagram Stories to share more summer beauty deets, again calling out the Los Angeles beauty locale for tending to her skin (and other parts of her face).
Katie Maloney’s Summer Beauty Hack
On July 2, Katie snapped a gorgeous selfie and gave her followers the lowdown on how she stays looking fresh-faced all summer long.
“Caela Esthetics making my skin glow once again! She gives the best facials. A week later and my skin is [glowing],” Katie wrote over the stunning selfie, showing off her gleaming skin and giving another beauty secret in the process. “[S]he also gave me a lash lift and tint which I love for a low maintenance summer beauty hack.”
You may have heard of eyelash extensions, but what is a lash lift?
According to TODAY.com, which interviewed Envious Lashes founder Clementina Richardson, a lash lift is a semipermanent treatment “designed to enhance your natural lashes at a minimal level” by “curl[ing] your natural lashes.”
The process, which can last anywhere from eight to 12 weeks, is ideal for adding length without the more regular maintenance of extensions.
Katie Maloney’s New Haircut
In addition to getting glowing skin and the semipermanent treatments that aim to intensify the color and shape of lashes, Katie previously stopped us in our scrolling tracks with another stunning selfie earlier in June.
“Can’t stop cutting my hair,” she captioned an Instagram video on June 17, sharing how she shortened the sides of her hair to create a ’90s-inspired look between a soft pixie cut and medium bob.
After the big reveal, the former SURver shared another close-up shot of her look on the ’Gram.
“Torn,” she captioned the post, making a clear reference to Natalie Imbruglia’s 1997 debut single and iconic music video in which the singer rocked a look similar to Katie’s.
