Lala Kent & Fiancé Randall Emmett Get Couple's Botox: "We're Both Getting Shot Up Today"

There's nothing more beautiful than a true love story, but it never hurts to add some face-plumping fillers. Vanderpump Rules' glowing engaged couple, Randall Emmett and Lala Kent, recently took a couple's trip to the office of Dr. Diamond, a plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills. Romantic and beautifying — what's not to love?
On December 11, Lala shared some behind-the-scenes snaps from the doc date. "I'm at Dr. Diamond's, ready to get injected. I'm going to do filler here, in my jawline, in my chin, and then I do Botox in the forehead, and right in between my eyebrows. I'll show you the process," Lala said.

In her next video, Lala addressed the camera with smudges of cream on her face. "This is the numbing cream that we're putting on, before they shove needles into my face, because I'm a big baby. Some people don't need the numbing cream, but Lala likes it," she said.

And in the next clip, Lala panned over to show her man beside her. "The couple that gets injected together ... finish it," she said to Randall. He knew what comes next! "Stays together," Lala's hubby-to-be said. She quipped, "We're both getting shot up today."
