See How Tracy Tutor Is Preparing for Her Daughter's College Send-Off
MDLLA daughter Juliet Maltas is headed to the University of Southern California.
Tracy Tutor’s firstborn is officially leaving the nest.
The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent shared the news via Instagram this week as her daughter Juliet Maltas prepared to start college. Tracy confirmed Juliet would attend her alma mater, the University of Southern California, which isn’t too far from the family’s Beverly Hills home.
But before embarking on the new chapter, Tracy decided Juliet needed to organize her room to make the move-out process much easier. So what did she do? She called on Home Attunement’s Ashley Groussman for assistance.

“Juliet and I trying to get organized for college… is not one of our mother daughter strong suits,” Tracy captioned the January 3 Reel. “So I called in for reinforcements! Ashley somehow made it fun for Juliet… and now we can pack up and get her moved in at USC! ‘Pick your battles’ is the motto for 2025. Thank you [Home Attunement] for helping us with the first phase of this important week!”
The video showed Tracy entering Juliet’s room and urging her to get ready for Ashley’s arrival.
“I need you to start pulling out your closet stuff so the three of us can kind of go through everything,” the MDLLA mom said.
“The three of us?” Juliet asked while sitting on her bed. “Mom, I love you but you cannot be here. We will burn the house down. Mom, we will get it done but you can’t be here.”
Tracy ultimately agreed to sit this one out and entrusted her daughter to complete the closet refresh.

Seconds later, viewers got a glimpse at Juliet’s bedroom with piles of clothes and hangers spread throughout. The video then cut to Juliet’s newly organized walk-in closet.
“Juliet, OK, is an absolute dream,” Ashley told Tracy as she unveiled the final results. “I don’t know what you were talking about because I didn’t even have to argue with her about getting rid of anything.”
Tracy was clearly impressed by the closet cull but questioned where the rest of Juliet’s clothes had gone.
Ashley said they only kept the items that Juliet actually wears and got rid of the rest. Juliet then explained she planned to leave her non-seasonal clothing at her mother’s house and then switch out her wardrobe once the weather changed.
“Thank you to Home Attunement, actually, for being able to pull this off because we would’ve been at each other’s throats,” the real estate agent said in the video. “There’s no universe in which we would’ve gotten through it… So, the next step is we’ll pack up, we’ll get you ready for move-in day, and then once we get there, maybe we can look at any additional organization things.”
Will Juliet pursue a real estate career like her mom?
While it’s unclear what Juliet plans to study at USC, she’s expressed interest in following in her mother’s real estate footsteps. In MDLLA Season 14, Juliet interned with Tracy’s team; however, she confessed she wasn’t completely sold on that career path.
“I don’t really have a dream job at this point in my life,” she said in an episode interview. “I’m still learning about myself and my passions. But I am interested in what my mom does.”
