Padma Lakshmi Looked Like a Dream in Christian Siriano at the 2019 Emmys
The Bravo's Top Chef host dazzled in a caped gown by the Bravo's Project Runway mentor.
Ice blue is officially Padma Lakshmi's color.
OK, OK, let's be honest, the Bravo's Top Chef host can pull off any color, but Padma looked completely stunning at the Emmys last night in a high-neck pastel column gown that hugged all her curves.
Her dress is from Bravo's Project Runway's own Christian Siriano, who was busy during the Emmys, dressing Chrissy Metz and other celebs. "The stunning @padmalakshmi in Siriano tonight at the #emmys! So chic and elegant," Christian wrote on Instagram about Padma's timeless look.
Those diamond sparklers on Padma's ears are by Lorraine Schwartz, and they accentuate her gown's ultra-flattering neckline.
The back of the dress was extra glamorous, with a long sash.
The pastel theme continued with her shimmery green smoky eye. Padma's makeup artist William Scott put it best, writing on Instagram, "Only Padma could look this effortless in mint green shadow and a powder blue gown."
Padma put all her Emmy beauty prep on Instagram Stories, walking us through her getting ready process — which included cuddling babies and eating a snack, all while getting her makeup done.
"It's like going to the prom every year," Padma joked on Instagram Stories as she left the house. We nominate Padma for Emmys prom queen!
