In the exclusive Bravo Insider video above, Lisa Barlow and her husband John opened up like never before. Throughout the juicy Q&A, The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City couple spilled details about their relationship, their career aspirations, and whether or not they want more kids. The video also revealed a surprising secret about John ... or, more specifically, about John's calf.
During a game of "Never Have I Ever," John revealed he has a tattoo of an infinity sign on his left calf. "Lisa hates it," he says. The tequila mogul agrees: "I do, I really hate it. When my mom met John, he was wearing shorts and she literally screamed," Lisa says. "She goes, 'Oh my god, you have a bug on your leg,' and smacked his leg!"
