When it comes to her beauty look, Robyn Dixon always keeps it refreshingly real. In the last few months, The Real Housewives of Potomac cast member has been open about embracing her gray hairs and has appeared bare-faced on Instagram. That's just the beginning: Robyn recently shared even more of her beauty secrets by giving us a tour of her vanity.
In the video above, the Embellished hat designer opens her makeup drawers to reveal the brushes, blushes, and mascaras she keeps stashed inside. Spotted in her supplies: items from Bravolebrity-loved brands such as NARS, Hoola, and Tarte. But before she paints her face, Robyn always starts by flipping a switch.
Robyn explains that the key to perfecting your makeup look is having the right lighting. If you don't have a lighted vanity mirror at home, the RHOP mom offers a hack: She bought a string of lights online and attached it to her mirror herself. "It's the best light for doing my makeup and for selfies," she explains.
