Karen Huger Celebrates Her Daughter, Rayvin, “Taking the Fashion World by Storm”
The Real Housewives of Potomac mom gushed over her daughter’s special New York Fashion Week moment with “tears” in her eyes.
Back in May, we caught up with Karen Huger’s daughter, Rayvin, as she celebrated the First Monday in May at the Metropolitan Museum of Art — aka the Met Gala.
For the occasion, The Real Housewives of Potomac kid channeled timeless elegance in a strapless black gown that featured a fitted corset bodice. She paired the chic style with a diamond choker necklace and a lightly tousled coif. “[S]econd time’s a charm,” Rayvin captioned a May 2 Instagram post, sharing a carousel of photos that showed off her stunning style.
In addition to the Met Gala, Rayvin has been showing up for numerous fashion events over the past year, recently taking to New York Fashion Week in serious style.

On September 10, Karen shared a peek at one of Rayvin’s fashion week moments and gushed over her daughter in the process.
“TEARS IN MY EYES WATCHING THIS VIDEO! My baby [Rayvin] taking the fashion world by storm at the [Area] show,” Karen captioned the video post in which Rayvin was seen posing with other models outside in New York City. Rayvin, for her part, was rocking a gorgeous lime green minidress from the label that featured a bejeweled neckline and straps.
“Forever proud LOVE MOM,” Karen completed the post, showing her appreciation for her daughter, who was also rocking show-stopping bejeweled high heels.
Additionally, Rayvin shared more of her outfits from NYFW, taking a few gorgeous snapshots in a hotel for the occasion. “Sleepless in NYC,” she captioned a photo series of herself in a deep-cut red brocade shirt, a black skirt, and black heels by Jimmy Choo.
Rayvin also took to Instagram to celebrate the occasion, thanking Area for “an incredible look and evening.”

Before visiting New York for the Spring/Summer collections at NYFW, Rayvin was in the Big Apple with her mom in February to fete 2022 CFDA American Accessory winner Luar.
Both Karen and Rayvin showed off stunning, sexy styles: Karen opted for a menswear look that included a double-breasted blazer with black satin lapels and structured black slacks. Rayvin, for her part, rocked a short hairstyle of black curls and paired a bright red lip with a red lacquered trench coat by Julia Allert.
