Gizelle Bryant’s Birthday Celebration Included a Beautiful Cake Topped with Sparklers (VIDEO)
The Real Housewives of Potomac cast member feted her special day with friends, fashion, and a show-stopping cake.
Gizelle Bryant just celebrated another spin around the sun. On her September 9 birthday, The Real Housewives of Potomac cast member was surrounded by sugar, sparklers, and love — and she had just the outfit for the upbeat occasion.
Of course, it’s no surprise that the Virgo celebrated her special day in style. Back in 2021, the beauty buff took to Instagram with a video that showcased her “birthday vibes.” The post showed Gizelle bopping along to 50 Cent’s “In Da Club” as a pink birthday balloon floated behind her. She wore a short sparkling dress with dazzling geometric patterns, and capped it off with a pastel-hued beauty look.
Last year, to mark her 52nd birthday, Gizelle took to Instagram to show off another beyond fabulous birthday look. The mom of three wore a sparkly emerald-hued dress with a ruffled neckline. She capped it off with pinned-up curls, glittering smoky eyes, and ultra-glossy lips. This year’s celebration was no less stylish, and it was certainly just as sweet.
Gizelle Bryant’s Sparkler-Flecked Birthday Cake
On September 9, Gizelle’s friend and RHOP castmate Ashley Darby took to Instagram to share a peek inside the celebration. “Happy birthday Gizzy!” Ashley wrote. “You are such an incredible lady and we are so blessed to have you in our lives! Love you!”
An accompanying video showed Gizelle being presented with her cake. As her friends serenaded her, the birthday girl held a giant golden sparkler in her hand. Another sparkler was ablaze on top of her confection.
The cake was topped with chocolate frosting and decorated with a bright green rim. It also had rainbow sprinkles and appeared to have a custom message scrawled on top.
As Gizelle made her birthday wish, she looked as stylish as ever. The Potomac mama was wearing a white shirt with a ruffled waistline and a pearl-trimmed neckline. She paired the top with leathery black pants and silvery peep-toe heels.
She also wore a sparkling headband and some birthday bling, which included glittering earrings and bracelets on both wrists.
In the clip above from Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Gizelle opens up about her friendship with Ashley. Even though the two have had their differences in the past, they’ve managed to become close.
“I just like [Ashley] as a person,” Gizelle says in the clip. “She’s a lot of fun, she’s smart, and I love a smart woman.”
