The Real Housewives of Potomac beauty is rocking a fresh, hip-grazing, braided hair look that is totally different from her signature style.
Candiace Dillard Bassett is switching things up in a major way, and we are loving every inch of her new look. Sure, The Real Housewives of Potomac beauty has given us lots to talk about where her tresses are concerned in the past. From nude photo shoots with floor-length hair to uber-high playful ponytails, she always keeps us guessing. But now, Candiace is rocking fierce, waist-length micro-braids that we want to copy just in time for spring.
Candiace first gave us a taste of her new 'do back in February when she shared an adorable video of her fresh braids as husband Chris Bassett added oil to her scalp. She traded in her go-to high-volume waves and sky-high ponytails for chestnut brown micro braids with hints of blonde highlights throughout.
Her new braids fall just past her hips, making it the second longest hairstyle we've seen on her to date. Clearly, Candiace is loving her new look because since she first debuted her plaits, she's been sharing a slew of stunning selfies on social.
