Jesse popped the question with a significant and unique ring. The stunning sparkler has a gold band and features a dark blue stone in the center surrounded by two smaller round diamonds. Moments after her love proposed, Katie revealed the news with a close-up look at her meaningful new bling. "An heirloom ring, and I said yes. We are engaged! Jesse's mom loves this ring. I am proud to wear it," she wrote on Instagram.
