Vicki Gunvalson Had a "Bad Experience" at a Restaurant While Visiting Daughter Briana Culberson's Family
The Real Housewives of Orange County mom is visiting with her daughter, son-in-law, and grandkids in North Carolina.
Vicki Gunvalson is enjoying a getaway to visit her daughter Briana Culberson, son-in-law Ryan Culberson, and her grandkids in North Carolina. And while the family time has been great, the food has been... not so flawless.
Ryan — who often uses his Instagram as a platform to discuss Keto, on which he and Briana lost a combined total more than 100 pounds — wrote that he was seeking restaurant suggestions in the Wrightsville Beach area for the family's visit.
One commenter suggested, “Oceanic is overrated. Next time go to The Bridgetender.”
To that, The Real Housewives of Orange County son-in-law responded, “We went to the bridge tender and had great appetizers and terrible entree’s. We went over to oceanic to try and grab something to eat and had a bad experience so home we went.”
To another commenter who suggested Oceanic, Ryan responded, “We went by there after dinner to get drinks and they were kind of rude.”
Another commenter suggested a different spot entirely: “If you’re still there tomorrow, go to Brooklyn Pizza. I promise they won’t be rude and you’ll love the pizza.”
To that, Briana chimed in with a relatively much more rare public Instagram comment: “We can’t eat pizza.”
Indeed, looks like the couple is keeping Keto even during special occasions — as is their disciplined practice. And it continues to pay off.
“@b_culberson you look amazing!!!” a commenter noted on a new family photo, showing the group smiling despite their less-than-stellar dining experience.
