We Have an Update on Jennifer Pedranti's Living Situation with Her Boyfriend, Ryan
The RHOC newcomer revealed if she still plans to move in with her boyfriend.
When viewers were introduced to The Real Housewives of Orange County newcomer Jennifer Pedranti on the show's Season 17 premiere, she quickly opened up about her "very weird" living situation.
“My house is a three-ring circus,” she explained in an episode interview, before listing her kids and pets who reside with her. “The 12-year-old, [Everleigh], who thinks she’s 17; the 16-year-old, [Dawson], who doesn’t think he needs to be in school. I’ve got the 18-year-old, [Harrison], who can’t go get a license; [9-year-old] Dominic, we adopted him three years ago, he feels like he needs to be the next daredevil. And then there’s [13-year-old] Greyson, who’s just like, ‘Please, God, I just want to pray for everybody.’ Two dogs, two guinea pigs, two fish, and then a mama cat and five foster cats.”
Her ex-husband, Will, was also living there. “Will and I share a house,” she said. “My ex-husband, Will, is living in Oklahoma, working for my family’s business. Instead of moving the kids back and forth all the time, when he comes in town, I go stay at [my boyfriend] Ryan’s, and then [Will is] in the house.”
“Do I understand it’s weird? Yes,” she continued. “But it is just how we’re navigating it right now.”
However, as Season 17 continued, Jennifer and Ryan had conversations about marriage and got more serious about the idea of moving in together.

On the Season 17 finale, which aired on September 27, Jennifer and Ryan were having a serious conversation about their relationship when Ryan said, "We're talking about the next step: moving in together under the same roof."
An update at the end of the episode noted Jennifer is now "deciding when to move in with Ryan."
Until Jennifer makes that move, she will likely continue to reside in her current home, which, as you can see in the video above, has gorgeous outdoor space. “We live in the backyard,” Jennifer explains in the clip. "To say we use the pool is an understatement, and if it’s cold outside, we’re in the hot tub. We enjoy a lot of dinners out here.”
The family room, meanwhile, is where she and her kids “hang” together on most days. “This is movie night. This is couch time,” she explained while showing the room. “This is kind of our space together as a family."
