It seems Kelly Dodd's teenage daughter is settling just fine into their new home with fiancé Rick Leventhal.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Orange County on Thursdays at 9/8c and next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo App.

"Jolie loves the neighborhood," The Real Housewives of Orange County mom told BravoTV.com exclusively. "Lots of her friends live here."

The amenities of the home appear to be just as appealing. Shortly after moving into the house, Kelly shared a video to her Instagram Stories that showed Jolie and a few of her friends enjoying the day in their sizable hot tub as Rick and Kelly unpacked boxes.

Rick, meanwhile is also happily adjusting to the new house as he prepares to make a major move. "Rick is able to transfer his job to California," Kelly explained of the currently New York-based Fox News correspondent. "We talked about getting a house together and I’m just so happy it’s actually happened! It really feels like a home."

As the trio gets settled, Kelly already has big ideas for the space. "[Rick is] helping me set up my closets and bought a pool table for the living room," Kelly shared. "We’re gonna have the sickest parties.”

Finding their dream property didn't come easy. "I had a hard time finding a place because I wanted my budget to be at $10 grand [a month] and I couldn't find anything," Kelly previously told BravoTV.com.  "Everything for $10,000 was complete s--t. So, it was unbelievable. Like, in Arizona, for $10,000 a month, you can find a palatial place — and in most of America. But Orange County is so outrageously expensive, I could not find anything for $10 grand, so I happened to have a friend that was moving into their new house and said, 'Hey, I’m renting this house for $10 grand. Want to take it?' and I’m like, 'Yeah!'"

The stunning abode was clearly worth the wait. "It's a family, fun house," she added at the time. "It’s got six bedrooms, five [bathrooms], two offices, a pool, and a spa. So, it’s a really nice family home."
