Emily Simpson Reveals Her Go-To “Healthy Snack”

The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member recently shared one of her delicious food recommendations.

Emily Simpson Shows Us What She Keeps in Her Fridge

In the video above, Emily Simpson shares the foods she tends to have stocked in her fridge. "I like to keep a lot of fruits and vegetables," she says, noting that grapes, apples, strawberries, and carrots are some of her children's favorites. There is also yogurt, "lots of condiments," "lots of cheese sticks," and other snack foods for her family.

During a recent Instagram Q&A, The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member shared another go-to food choice. When she was asked for "a good healthy snack" recommendation, Emily replied, "[Gluten-free] waffle with almond butter and honey." 

Emily described more of the food "staples" she has in her home "at all times" in an Instagram Story posted last year. Her list included "ground turkey, spinach/lettuce, eggs, avocados, tomatoes, shredded carrots, black beans, corn tortillas, salsa, [and] vegan cheese." While detailing her eating habits in 2020, Emily also shared that Taco Bell is her favorite fast food, she often makes a "healthy breakfast smoothie," and she enjoys pretzels dipped in Nutella as a snack.
