Braunwyn Windham-Burke Explains Why She Rents Her House Instead of Owning
After homeowners versus renters became a hot topic on RHOC, Braunwyn offered more info on her new home situation.
After Braunwyn Windham Burke's move into a rental home was a hot topic of conversation on a recent episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County, she is setting the record straight on her decision to relocate to the massive new abode.
"It's actually not that complicated," she said in an Instagram Story video. "I was in my old home and we found out we weren't allowed to film there anymore 'cause we have to get permits and permission and all this stuff to film in our homes and I couldn't."
Luckily, the family was able to move into the house, which you can check out in the video above, fairly quickly. "We didn't have long, we had a few weeks, and this house was available and we're like, 'OK, we'll take it,'" she said before joking, "You can't be on the show if you don't have a house. It's called the Housewives."
Now, as Braunwyn is happily settled in the gorgeous home, she is keeping an open mind for the future. "It's a great place. I love it. It works for us now," she said. "We'll see what happens."
