Proud to Be Part of the Bravo Family

Gretchen reflects on her five years as an RHOC lady and thanks the fans for all their support.

By Gretchen Rossi

Hi guys!

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Orange County on Peacock and the Bravo App.

What a huge milestone to hit 100 episodes! So amazing!

This show wouldn't be what it is today if it wasn't for a lot of really special people who I want to give thanks too here! It's not very often that we get to thank all the people who are behind-the-success of this great show!

First and foremost I am beyond so grateful to all our amazing and loyal fans that have stuck with us for so many years! You guys are the reason we are successful, the reason we push on, and the reason we keep coming back. You guys inspire me constantly to grow, work harder, and go even deeper every year, so thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Secondly I give great thanks to the creators of the show Scott Dunlop and Bravo! They had a great vision back in the day for this reality based show and it is so amazing to see how far it has come! Being a part of pop culture history is quite an accomplishment!

Of course to our production company Evolution for making it all happen! The hours and hours of watching footage of our crazy lives, the hours of editing, and decisions that are made to make the best show possible, the hours of us calling to complain about something, the amazing crew that is always so good to us during filming, I sincerely thank you all for your hard work!

And last but certainly not least the pioneers of this show! The original cast that dared to take this journey and put their lives out there! We wouldn't have this show if it wasn't for their vulnerability to take a chance, so thank you!

With that said I feel like it was such a great peek behind the curtains of RHOC, and truly what we have all gone through and experienced over the years!

Not going to lie, it was hard for me to watch old clips and see the very, as Andy put it "sinister" ways of the other Housewives towards me. It brought back a lot of hurt and pain from one of the worst times in my life. Yet, on the other hand, it was so fun to see some of the most hilarious moments from the show over the years and how it has affected each one of us differently.

That's the thing about this show it will make you cry and it will make you laugh! It's called a "reality" show for just that reason.

Many have asked if I would do it all over again. That answer is always such a catch 22 for me, because there is a part of me that believes if I knew back then what I know now I probably would not of signed up for it. However I have been beyond blessed to have had some of the most amazing opportunities come out of it that I could of never imagined!

You guys have seen me fall down hard, and go through the darkest time in my life on TV. You were also there to see me pick myself back up and become what I consider a survivor. You guys have seen me laugh (a lot) and cry. My fans have been a huge reason I continue on this journey. The consistent outpouring of notes to my personal site and through my social media sites means so very much to me. Knowing that I have touched even just one life through my own heartaches or life experiences truly makes it all worth it! So thank you to any fan who has ever sent me an email, a special gift, a note in the mail, or sent me a kind and encouraging message on my social media pages. I'm also thankful to any negative responses because as the saying goes "haters are my motivators"!

I have been able to go after my dreams within the fashion and beauty spaces and create some amazing partnerships for things like my swimwear line. It all takes a lot of work, a lot of vision, and dedication but I'm so lucky to have a family who taught me how to have a strong work ethic, how to be resilient, and how living with integrity is the key to success.

I am so grateful for the last five years because I have been able to learn so much about myself, how others view me, things I need to change, and things I will always stand strong on and stay true to myself about. I have so many moments and memories of my life caught on tape and not many can say that.

I am proud to be a part of the Bravo family and I look forward to continuing this journey called "life" with each of you!

As always love to connect with you through my social media sites! Twitter (@gretchenrossi), Facebook (/gretchenrossi), Instagram (gretchenchristine1), or visit my personal website GretchenChristine.com!

Love you guys, continued blessings
Xoxo
