Tamra Judge Reveals Where She Stands with Gretchen Rossi: "I'm Gonna Shock You All"
The RHOC cast member said she's open to reuniting with her longtime foe: "I would like to confront her."
Has Tamra Judge finally buried the hatchet with Gretchen Rossi? Unfortunately, no, but she’s definitely open to it.
The Real Housewives of Orange County mom recently confirmed this on Two Ts in a Pod, her weekly podcast series cohosted by The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave. The July 28 episode, titled “Time to Plead the Fifth,” found Tamra tackling eight “would you rather” questions involving current and former Housewives. And, of course, the segment was a bit spicy.
Several questions into the game, Tamra was asked if she would rather “be stuck on an island” with her longtime foe Gretchen, or her more recent foe, Vicki Gunvalson. Her answer was somewhat surprising.
Tamra Judge says she wants to "confront" Gretchen Rossi
“I’m gonna shock you all, and I’m gonna say Gretchen,” Tamra said. “I just feel like I have not seen her in 11 years or something like that, and she had a lot to say about me when she left and I’d like to confront her.”
Teddi questioned if the confrontation would lead to a reconciliation and, perhaps, a renewed friendship.
“Do you think after confronting her you’d be able to whoop it up together?” the former Beverly Hills ’Wife asked.
“Probably, yeah. I forgive very easy,” Tamra insisted. “Just move on.”
“I think she would apologize,” Teddi added. “Especially if it was off camera, I think she would apologize.”
Tamra Judge suggests she's open to reconciling with Gretchen Rossi
Tamra and Gretchen were introduced when the latter joined RHOC in Season 4 (2008). After years of an on-again, off-again friendship, the two completely cut ties following Season 8, which also marked Gretchen’s RHOC exit. Tamra addressed the relationship, or lack thereof, during a 2023 Q&A session hosted by BravoTV.com, claiming she and Gretchen haven't communicated "in 10 years."
Fast-forward to a January episode of Two Ts in a Pod, when Tamra was asked if she would rather make up with Gretchen, Vicki, or Shannon Storms Beador.
“I would make up with … Gretchen,” Tamra said.
Tamra Judge mends fences with Alexis Bellino
Tamra's July 28 comments came just months after she mended fences with former OC ’Wife, Alexis Bellino. Similar to the Gretchen situation, Tamra and Alexis ended Season 8 on a sour note and showed no signs of reconciling; however, that all changed at BravoCon 2023 when they finally had a heart-to-heart. Tamra recalled the moment in a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter.
“If you were to ask me that two years ago, I would say, ‘Hell no, I don’t want her back,’” Tamra told the outlet about Alexis’ Season 18 comeback. “But I met her at BravoCon [2023], and with Andy [Cohen] standing over us, we had a very deep conversation about the past and where she is today, and regrets and things like that and we became very close.”
