Gretchen Rossi Managed to Glow Even While "Super Swollen from Surgery"

It’s only been a few weeks since The Real Housewives of Orange County alum Gretchen Rossi and her longtime love Slade Smiley welcomed their new baby girl Skylar Gray into the world, but in that short time we have seen so much love — and so much glam. Gretchen has proven that she takes her flawless looks pretty seriously, even when she is getting ready to give birth and we are in total awe. Not only did the entrepreneur get full hair and makeup in the wee early hours of the morning before her scheduled C-section, but she also managed to have totally picture perfect strands shortly after her little bundle of joy was delivered (we bow down). It’s no wonder why baby Skylar Gray is already a style star.
Gretchen looks stunning in every frame and that is no doubt due to her new mommy glow. In a recent Instagram story, Gretchen shared a sweet snap of three generations of her family as she posed in the hospital with her mom and new baby.
Gretchen and Skylar Gray are decked out in their matching Stella Posh Pusher Labor and Delivery Gown ($39) by Posh Pushers and her mom is beaming with pride. Even though we think Gretchen looks like an absolute dream, she mentioned in her stories that she was dealing with the aftermath of her C-section.
“I’m super swollen from surgery but 3 generations here,” she captioned the adorable pic. Gretchen, honey, you always manage to glow!
