The Real Housewives of Orange County daughter committed to getting fit and eating well this past year — and together with her husband, Ryan Culberson, this keto-loving couple's lost a very impressive combined 107 pounds. Briana's been glowing this summer, looking so confident in a leopard print swimsuit, a black minidress, and even blue scrubs.
Husband Ryan gave Briana major props for her weight loss journey in the caption of her scrubs outfit, writing about his wife: "When you make scrubs look this good you know you’re doing something right! #hotmama #soproudofher #ketotransformation."
