The Real Housewives of Orange County alum gave us a good look at her bare face fresh with Botox needle marks.
No filter needed for The Real Housewives of Orange County alum Alexis Bellino. The OC mom's is glowing in a makeup-free, filter-free Instagram selfie and she's shouting out her cosmetic dermatologist for his help making her skin look flawless.
"Do you, and do what makes you happy," Alexis wrote in the caption of her selfie. "Thanks for everything. Love my Botox," she said, tagging Dr. John Laura of Newport Beach.
The newly-very blonde Alexis, who also just went social media official with a new boyfriend, clarified that this photo is free of makeup and filters, and she even pointed out her Botox needle marks with a hashtag.
