Heather Dubrow Shares a Look at Dubrow Chateau's Towering Christmas Tree
The Real Housewives of Orange County alum has an adorable DIY Christmas tree topper featuring family photos.
If you saw Heather Dubrow's elaborately lit pair of "Halloween trees" inside her epic 22,000-square-foot mansion (which is known as "Dubrow Chateau") a few months back, you may wonder what The Real Housewives of Orange County alum has done to top those for Christmas. Well, she actually appears to have downsized, but she came up with something more personal and meaningful: a crafty, DIY idea that is also a great way to share family holiday memories.
The Dubrow's 2019 Christmas tree is topped with an original star that is comprised of a collage of family photos, and it's decorated with a variety of ornaments, including hanging frames with more Dubrow photos.
Heather shared footage of the family decorating the tree to the tune of Mariah Carey's holiday hit "All I Want for Christmas Is You" on her Instagram Stories and it occurred to us that it could be a fun family activity to follow Heather's lead and create such a personalized family collage on a star. Get results fast by printing images out in color and painting them on with a paint brush and a bit of Mod Podge, a combination glue and finish that also comes in a spray form.
The tree was also chock full of silly ornaments and strewn haphazardly with garland galore.
Looking good, Dubrow Chateau.
