Tinsley Mortimer Had One Requirement for Her Engagement Ring from Scott Kluth
"He did such a great job," the RHONY cast member said of her dazzling ring.
Tinsley Mortimer got engaged to longtime on-again, off-again boyfriend Scott Kluth back in November, but it turns out the two had been discussing rings for quite a while before he popped the question. During her May 7 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen @ Home, The Real Housewives of New York City cast member opened up about the one thing she requested from Scott when it came to her ring.
Tinsley clarified that she didn’t help Scott pick out the stunning oval-shaped rock, stating, “He did such a great job.”
However, she did admit that she had one specific preference for the ring that she made known. “I did say I wanted an oval, I did,” she said. “So I said oval, and he got me this beautiful ring, and he did well.”
Tinsley also joked, “After all our breakups back and forth, I deserve it.”
As for her wedding plans, Tinsley says that they’re still working on setting a date, but that their nuptials will be an intimate affair. “[Scott] wanted it to be small and that’s right up my alley too,” she stated.
Of course, that doesn’t mean that Tinsley’s dress will be any less glamorous. “I mean, I’m definitely going to have a big, white dress because you know me, I have to have like a big white dress,” she said.
