The New York City Housewives Are Making Major Moves in Season 13
When The Real Housewives of New York City returns for Season 13, viewers will see the drama unfold in some surprising new settings.
From Dorinda Medley's fish room to Leah McSweeney's former apartment that left Luann de Lesseps nearly speechless, The Real Housewives of New York City cast members' homes have been the backdrop to some of the show's most iconic moments. Now, as Season 13 unfolds, viewers will get a look at several of the Housewives' new digs, which are sure to be part of hilarious and drama-filled exchanges to come.
According to a press release, Season 13 (which premieres on May 4 at 9/8c) will show Leah in her new apartment. During Part 1 of The Real Housewives of New York City's Season 12 reunion, Leah revealed that she "upgraded" her apartment as she quipped, "Luann, you gotta come over." While it's yet to be seen if Luann is more impressed with Leah's new digs, the season will also document Luann moving back to the Upper East Side in a brand new apartment.
Newcomer Eboni K. Williams is "ready for a change of scenery," the release states, and will also be looking for new real estate during the season.
Of course, the townhouse saga will continue for Sonja Morgan. "After going off the grid for a bit, Sonja is back in the Townhouse to ground herself, move forward, reconnect with old friends and explore her dating options," the press release explains. Sonja has been open for several years about her struggle to get the home sold, calling it "a financial drain [and] an emotional drain," during a Season 12 episode. During the same episode, Sonja declared: "I want to be footloose, fancy-free. I have worked so hard to get to this point. I don't want to be house heavy."
After spending time with her family in Florida, this season will show Ramona Singer back in NYC and working on her new venture in real estate. Despite the wild weekend that occurred at her Hamptons home last season, Ramona will once again host the ladies at her vacation home in Season 13.
