On December 3, the skincare "maven" took to Instagram to show off her look in a full-length mirror. Wearing a patterned suit with a breezy, matching cover-up, Ramona also wore nude strappy heels. The shoes, the pose (and probably some genetic luck), had an elongating effect on the RHONY pal's legs, which caused her to ask: "Is it the mirror or me ?!?"
