See the Incredible House Flips That Have Already Earned Joe Gorga Almost $2M This Year
The Real Housewives of New Jersey husband continues his real estate winning streak.
Joe Gorga has hit the ground running in 2020. The real estate developer and author of The Gorga Guide to Success has a history of flipping homes in his native New Jersey, and this year is no different... because he’s already sold not one, but two house flips, and it’s only mid-January! Can we say crushing it?!
And this isn’t The Real Housewives of New Jersey husband’s first rodeo. A longtime home flipper, Joe revealed late last year some of the secrets to his real estate success, telling New Jersey talk show host Steve Adubato, “You have to find the right deal. Without finding the right deal, or you don’t have the right agent, or you don’t know what you’re looking for, you’re going to lose money." More to know, according to Joe: “People are overpaying right now. The market is insane right now… it’s flooded,” he said, but he added, “Anything below $700,000, we are selling like hotcakes.”
And Joe is certainly taking advantage of the hot market in 2020! The first home sold for $1.1 million. “Another flip completed. This house sold for 1.1 million. I keep it clean and simple with neutral colors,” Joe wrote on Instagram, showing off the bright and airy home.
With dark floors and and an on-trend white-and-gray kitchen, the house had an open floor plan, a butler’s pantry, a coffered ceiling, built-ins galore, and a gorgeous crystal chandelier in the dining room. Oh, and there’s a spa-like bathroom, too, that we’re more than a little obsessed with.
The next house sold for a bit less — $759,000 — and we’re obsessed again, this time with that kitchen! Anchored from above by rustic gray pendant lamps, the room is flooded with light thanks to three big windows and features a gorgeous marbled subway tile backsplash, a luxe pot filler, and beautiful white cabinetry. We also spy a mudroom right off the kitchen (every mom’s dream!), an extra-wide luxurious butler’s pantry, and another sleek bathroom, this one with pebbled-tiled shower floor.
