Dolores Catania Shocks Frank Catania by Revealing Her Butt Lift Scars
"It looks like you’re filleted," Frank said after seeing how the RHONJ cast member is healing from her recent plastic surgery.
Dolores Catania has been open about the plastic surgery procedures she’s undergone, but on the Season 11 premiere of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, she took her transparency to another level.
In the above Bravo Insider clip, which gives a first look at the beginning of the RHONJ premiere before it airs on February 17, Dolores is seen hanging out in her home with her ex-husband, Frank Catania. As Dolores is walking through her closet getting ready for an event to celebrate Jackie Goldschneider’s husband Evan’s birthday, she catches Frank sneaking a look at her behind.
“Were you looking at my ass when I just did that? I know what my ass looks like and I know what I have to do, okay? Don’t worry about it. And I got it lifted a little. Want to see the scar?” Dolores asked before pulling her shorts down to reveal the results of her cosmetic procedure.
“Dude! It looks like you’re filleted,” Frank said. “Dolores, that’s what I do to a flounder!”
“Well, my ass was floundering,” she replied.

Although the plastic surgery conversation between Dolores and Frank was fairly lighthearted, the subject has been a point of contention with her boyfriend, David Principe. In a Season 11 preview, which you can see below, it was revealed that David and Dolores have some conflicting opinions about cosmetic procedures.
“I didn’t tell him until the night before I was leaving because David is not for elective surgery,” she said, later noting that he “went on and on and on about it.”
