Joe Gorga Is Teaching His Real Estate Tricks — and Someone Paid $10,000 for a Ticket (UPDATE)
The Real Housewives of New Jersey husband is hosting a seminar to teach his "whatever it takes" mentality.
UPDATE: Well, he's gone and done it. According to Joe Gorga, within a week of releasing tickets to his "Grow with Gorga" real estate seminar, one lucky person bought the $10,000 "Joe With Gorga" experience. What do they get for that price? Front-row seating at the seminar's workshops, a signed copy of Joe's yet-to-be-released book, a full day with the house flipper and a fancy lunch to boot. "The goal was to pick the right investor-type player,” Joe told The Post. “Anyone who’s going to spend $10,000 is a player and that’s who I want to be involved with — someone who wants to play, invest and find some deals."

Joe Gorga is ready to share all of his secrets! Well, some of them, anyway. The Real Housewives of New Jersey husband has lately been giving a lot of insight into his work as an accomplished real estate developer, landscaper and flipper of homes via social media updates showing some of his current projects. Now, he's just announced a real estate seminar that's open to the public in which he will offer the blueprint to his success. (Catch up on RHONJ here.)
Called "Grow with Gorga," the seminar will take place on March 23 in... where else?! New Jersey, of course.
"Come hear my story... full transparency. Truth. Honesty. Whatever it takes mentality," he wrote in an Instagram post announcing the event.
Topics Joe plans on covering include how to find, fund fix and flip a house; how to fund big developments; a discussion on the Jersey Shore's potential and lots more. After the day's panels, guests can attend a meet and greet and listen to Joe's personal story during a fireside chat. (Not included: Table flipping and wine-glass throwing!)
Tickets range from $149 (the current early bird special) up to $10,000 for "a day in the life" experience with Joe.
