Alexia Nepola Shares New Details on Her Son Peter's Living Situation
The RHOM mom shared how she's feeling after her eldest son recently relocated.
Alexia Nepola's eldest son, Peter, recently moved, and The Real Housewives of Miami cast member couldn't be happier about it.
On Season 6, Episode 2 of RHOM, Alexia and her husband, Todd Nepola, were talking about their day when Alexia shared, "Today, Frankie got a haircut, and then Peter happened to be in the area, and he texted me and he was like, 'Oh, if you want I'll pass by, say hi.'" she added, "That's the advantage that I have now of Peter living close to us."
Alexia Nepola explains her son Peter's recent move
In an interview, Alexia explained the update to Peter's living situation. "Peter's been living in downtown Miami for about two years now. It's not something I really wanted him to do, but he realized that a better area for him to live is where I live," she said. As Alexia shared in the video above, she currently lives in a massive apartment in Sunny Isles Beach.
Alexia and Todd Nepola disagree over Peter's recent move
During the episode, which aired on November 8, Todd asked Alexia, "Tell me the truth: Are you super excited Peter's nearby now?" and Alexia said, "I am. I can't wait to do the groceries for him."
Although Todd was quick to point out Peter was 30, Alexia quickly shut that down, saying, "It doesn't matter the age."
"I am working on letting go, but I feel like at the same time, Peter loves to have me close," she added in an interview. Plus, she noted, "We share the same housekeeper, so she always keeps me informed [on Peter]."
Despite what it may look like, Alexia quipped, "I promise you, I'm definitely working on it."
Inside Alexia Nepola's Miami apartment
As you can see in the video above, Alexia's apartment is beyond spacious. "The apartment is 6,600 square feet in living area," she says in the clip. "With the balconies and with the garage, it's 10,000 square feet."
In addition to an "open concept" that Alexia says is "engaging and inviting," the apartment has other enviable features, including its own jacuzzi/pool on the balcony, incredible views, and a private four-car garage.
