Marysol Patton Wore the Perfect Low-Key Bridal Look for Her Intimate Tulum Wedding
The RHOM alum was a barefoot bride with a beautiful flower crown.
It’s been an exciting week for Marysol Patton! The Real Housewives of Miami alum married her boyfriend, Steve McNamara, in a gorgeous private wedding in Tulum, Mexico on Thursday April 22. From the photos the newlywed shared on Instagram, she was an absolutely glowing bride.
In an April 25 Instagram post, Marysol shared some footage from the intimate ceremony. In a video in which she kissed her new husband, Marysol also gave us a look at her beautiful wedding attire. The RHOM bride wore a flowing off-the-shoulder white dress by luxury resort wear designer Miguelina. The ensemble featured an intricate pattern and a tasseled drawstring at the waist. To match the mood of the private event, Marysol kept her bridal style low-key by celebrating sans shoes and styling her hair in a simple updo with a gorgeous flower crown.
“Just married,” Marysol captioned her post, which was a wedding announcement and a birthday post to her husband. “Happy birthday my love.”
According to a Page Six report, the couple wed after about a year of dating. They were never formally engaged, and had a traditional Mayan ceremony officiated by a shaman in honor of Marysol’s late mother, Elsa Patton, who passed away in 2019.
The wedding won’t be the last event of Marysol’s marital celebration. In response to a comment The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Adrienne Maloof left to congratulate the new couple, Marysol teased that she’s headed to California for another party soon. “Heading to LA 5/17 for my bridal shower… deets coming your way,” Marysol wrote, using the comment as an ultra-modern save the date.
It sounds like Marysol and Steve have East Coast plans, as well. The Real Housewives of New Jersey alum Kathy Wakile commented on the video to say, “Congratulations sweetheart. So so happy for you. Many blessings to you and your hubby,” to which Marysol replied, “Can’t wait to double date.”
