So Many Bravolebs Swear By the Exact Same "Game Changer" Health Drink
Kyle Richards, Lisa Rinna, Teresa Giudice, and Madison LeCroy all have one thing in common.
From home decor to fashion and beauty to health and wellness, there seems to be no trend that Bravolebs won't try. While some lifestyle choices may come and go as the times change, one beverage has appeared to remain a years-long staple in the lives of cast members from The Real Housewives of New Jersey, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Southern Charm, Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, and more.
Earlier this week, RHONJ's Teresa Giudice took to Instagram to share that she was drinking celery juice. Just two months prior, Southern Charm cast member Madison LeCroy opened up to BravoTV.com about adding the same drink to her daily routine. "I always try to do some kind of juice in the morning. I do celery juice for skin purposes," she said. "I don’t have the best skin so I try doing that."
In 2019, after two months of adding celery juice to her routine, RHONJ alum Kathy Wakile shared her excitement about the drink, writing on Instagram, "You meal prep .. I celery prep!!"
During the same year, RHOBH cast members Kyle Richards, Lisa Rinna, and Dorit Kemsley also opened up about adding the drink to their daily diets. Lisa happily declared via an Instagram Story in December 2019, "I'm on the celery juice now!" just 10 months after Dorit shared on Instagram, "I like to eat healthy...I start my day with hot water and lemon. Then fresh celery juice and coffee."
Kyle opened up to BravoTV.com in 2019 about the benefits that she had felt from the drink. "Celery juice, honestly, I feel like is a game changer... I drink that every single day. I go to my workout with my girlfriends and we drink our celery juice and we are killing it," she said. "I honestly think it’s made a big difference on my skin and my face." A few months later, Kyle's oldest daughter, Farrah Aldjufrie, encouraged her Instagram followers to buy the Breville BJE200XL Compact Juice Fountain 700-Watt Juice Extractor, writing: "If you're intimidated by contraptions like this (lol) or just not sure which is the best celery juicer ... I promise this is the easiest ever ... to use, clean, etc. etc."
When detailing her morning routine in 2020, Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent Tracy Tutor noted in an Instagram caption that she starts her day with celery juice followed by coffee, explaining in a comment that the former is "good for the gut and have to do on an empty stomach...Brings down inflammation big time."
Yolanda Hadid also turned to the drink while doing "a 30 day 'cleanse to heal'" in 2020. In an Instagram post, the RHOBH alum explained she was "eating [an] abundance of fruits & vegetables and starting each morning with celery juice... The energy shift was significant and it's always fascinating to see how the body wants to heal itself given the right nutrition."
