Sutton Stracke Had the Most Incredibly Lavish 48th Birthday Party

While Sutton Stracke had a relatively low-key lunch to celebrate her birthday this year, her 48th birthday party in 2019 was fabulously over-the-top.

On The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' September 23 episode, viewers got a look inside the incredible fete at Crustacean restaurant in Beverly Hills. The pink and white flowers placed all around the room were jaw-dropping, but the most eye-catching piece of décor was a swing within a massive cage where Sutton's red velvet cake was placed for most of the evening.  

As she arrived to the party, Lisa Rinna wasn't quite sure what to expect from the event, aside from the fact that it would be incredibly luxe. "I've never been to one of Sutton's birthday parties, but I have been to a Christmas party at her house. It was fancy for Beverly Hills," she said in an interview during the episode. "The more over the top, the better."

After entering the stunning space, Lisa was blown away. "I've seen beautiful flowers at a party," she said. "But I've never seen a bird cage that is life size with a cake on a swing."

For dinner, guests, including Erika Girardi, Dorit Kemsley, and Garcelle Beauvais, enjoyed a variety of fancy foods and were especially impressed with the "tuna cigar" appetizer presented in a smoke-filled box. 

While her birthday celebration this year didn't have quite as much elaborate décor, it still had Sutton's signature fancy touch. For the special day, Sutton and a small group of friends ate sushi in Malibu while taking in incredible beach views. Sutton documented the fun-filled day on Instagram, posting one photo of the group happily holding their meal with the caption, "Bday lunch seaside."
