Kyle Richards Gives an Update on Her Living Situation with Mauricio Umansky
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member shared new details about her current relationship with Mauricio.
Kyle Richards just revealed her current living arrangement with Mauricio Umansky amid their separation.
As The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills couple continues to navigate a "challenging" time in their marriage, Kyle shared new details about how they cohabitate in their Encino home during her October 25 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.

"What is your current living situation like with Mauricio?" Andy Cohen asked. "Are you still living under the same roof?"
"We are," Kyle confirmed. However, she noted she is "in a different room" at the moment.
Kyle went on to explain where she and Mauricio are each sleeping in the 11,000-square-foot home. "I let him stay in the primary bedroom because it's very, like, masculine and the upstairs floor is like the glam — I can't stand that word — area, and there's like a bed," she said. "So I was like, 'You know what, what am I gonna do? Put him a little room with flowers and, you know, pink and velvet?' No." With a laugh, she seemed to reconsider, saying, "I could."

Kyle, Mauricio, and their daughters moved into the Encino home in 2017. Five years later, Kyle told BravoTV.com at NBCUniversal’s upfront presentation in May 2022 that she was in the midst of major renovation projects in the home.
"I’m just changing everything in the house to make it exactly the way I want it because I think it really is our forever home,” she said at the time. Those upgrades have included redesigning her living room and transforming her stunning backyard with a pickleball court, a putting green, and an epic dog house.
They also own other properties, including their vacation home in La Quinta, which has an incredible outdoor area. "Seeing this view just wide open like this to the golf course makes me feel instantly relaxed and peaceful," Kyle has previously told BravoTV.com. "This is what having a house in the desert is all about, these mountains and the golf course."
In 2022, Kyle and Mauricio moved into their new Aspen vacation home. Although there was confusion at the time about why the family had put their former house in Aspen on the market, Kyle clarified via Instagram, “Our family is growing [and] we simply need more space," and declared she is “never leaving Aspen.”
