There are vacation homes… and then there’s Kyle Richards' exquisite Palm Desert vacation home. Abutting a sprawling golf course, the mansion is chock full of luxurious amenities, from a humongous kitchen and an upstairs billiards room, to a giant indoor/outdoor living room and gorgeous pool.
Backstory: The home was actually Kyle’s mother’s house, and it was the source of much in-fighting between Kyle and her sister Kim. “My sisters BOTH wanted me to buy them out of our Mother's house. I did so. Paying them BOTH an equal amount,” Kyle wrote of the dispute on her BravoTV.com blog, adding that the home is “normally a two-hour drive and an easy getaway. For people who live in LA, it's the most common weekend escape.”
Now that the dust has settled from that family dispute, Kyle and Mauricio continue to spend lots of time at the vacation home, where they celebrated Easter (in their bathing suits!) this year. On Earth Day, Kyle shared a peek at the home’s stunning outdoor spaces at night. Overflowing with lush, flowering bushes and two towering palm trees, the view from Kyle’s backyard proves that the property truly is a desert oasis.
