Mauricio, Alexia Umansky, and Farrah Aldjufrie were the listing agents on the property, which has been on and off the market since 2017, the same year the family moved to Encino. Alexia announced the exciting sale news in a January 18 Instagram post, noting that the home "just sold" for $6,100,000 after "just 10 days" back on the market.

"A bittersweet goodbye to the home I have countless memories in," she wrote. "A home that shaped so much of who I am today. It was an honor to pass it along to the next owners, who I know will love every moment here." In a comment, Kyle wrote: "Bittersweet for sure...good job."

While looking for a buyer, Kyle and Mauricio had also leased the home over the years— and their most recent tenant was Sutton Stracke. In November 2020, Kyle confirmed Sutton was renting the abode while her new home was under construction. After nearly a year of living in Kyle's house for $20,000 per month, Sutton shared in August 2021 that she was "finally" moving into her new digs, joking, "I think [Kyle is] ready for me to go."

Alexia announced she was a listing agent on her family's 7-bedroom, 9-bathroom home in July 2021, but it was quickly taken off the market for a surprising reason. "We took it off the market because we have to do some repairs right now," Kyle shared with a laugh on Part 1 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 11 reunion. Showing a photo of fireplace damage, Kyle quipped, "[Sutton] was a great tenant, although she did almost burn my house down."
