Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave Clarifies How Close She Lives to Kyle and Dorit
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum lives in close proximity to Dorit Kemsley and Kyle Richards' homes.
Last year, Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave and her family moved into a dreamy new house. Using Kyle Richards' husband Mauricio as her agent, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum purchased a $6.5 million manse in Encino — and the house came with perks galore.
Teddi's modern-farmhouse-style abode has a movie theater and a fancy wine bar; its outdoor area has a deluxe pool and a plush cabana that could rival a luxury resort's. And it also comes with some pretty great neighbors.
On a recent AMA thread on Instagram, a follower prompted Teddi to clarify how close she lives to Kyle Richards and Dorit Kemsley. As we've seen, Kyle also has a lovely house in Encino, and Dorit Kemsley has her own farmhouse-style digs nearby. (In fact, Kyle lives so close to the Kemsley crew that Dorit's hubby P.K. once joked he could hear Kyle laughing from his house.)
In response to the fan, who wrote: "You Dorit and Kyle are neighbors," Teddi couldn't deny it. "True," she wrote. "We all live within [five] minutes of one anther."
