We've Never Seen Anything Quite Like Erika Girardi's Massive Neon Shoe Cake

While the Housewives have been known to go all out on incredible desserts over the years (check some of them out in the video above), Erika Girardi may have just taken the cake. 

On The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' July 22 episode, Erika hosted an over-the-top fete to celebrate the launch of her collection with ShoeDazzle. While the stunning lighting, decor, and, of course, the shoes had her guests buzzing, the most stand-out part of the night may have been the white sheet cake topped with a towering neon stiletto that was so detailed, no one could believe it was actually edible.

"Look at that cake!" Denise Richards exclaimed when the massive dessert, featuring lace-like patterns and a buckled ankle strap, was wheeled out on a table. "I love it."

Sutton Stracke was floored, asking in disbelief, "Is that a cake?" Erika, whose jaw dropped upon seeing the treat, later added: "I can't believe this is a cake."

At home, Erika keeps her dessert a bit more simple. In May, while describing what she's been whipping up in the kitchen while spending more time at her abode, she told Bustle: "I made a yellow cake, like a box cake, with chocolate icing."

Dorit Kemsley, who was taking photos of the detailed cake during the ShoeDazzle party, recently received a statement-making cake of her own. In honor of her 44th birthday, the RHOBH cast member's celebratory dessert had two separate pieces shaped in a "D" and a "K" that were topped with edible cookies featuring Chanel and Louis Vuitton logos. In an Instagram Story, Dorit gushed: "I was surprised with a beautiful cake."
