Wait, Did Sutton Stracke Just Move Into Kyle Richards' Former Bel Air House?
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills newcomer recently hosted a party in a very familiar backyard.
Sutton Stracke recently took to Instagram to document a fabulous backyard gathering, and while the mouthwatering food and stunning tablescape were certainly noteworthy, the backdrop for the fete is what had eagle-eyed fans talking.
In a November 6 Instagram post, Faces By Bravo posed the question, "Did Sutton steal Kyle's goddamn house?!" after a follower noted that Sutton's outdoor party took place at Kyle Richards' "previous home." Comments By Bravo captured Kyle's cheeky response: "She stole my Goddamn house." Shortly after, Sutton chimed in. Replying to Kyle with three laughing cat emojis, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills rookie jokingly called herself a "squatter."
After their 6,229 square-foot former house was reportedly leased for the last two years, Kyle and Mauricio Umansky re-listed the property in June for $5.95 million. Following a price drop to $5.695 million in August, it appears the home is once again off the market as of October. Although it seems Sutton may be temporarily staying at the abode (she has also posted photos from what appears to be the home's kitchen) she recently purchased a different house in Bel Air for $5.35 million. That house, that “needs updating” per the listing, has a luxe pool, a spacious primary bedroom, and a full-size championship tennis court (see the photos here.)
While Sutton has yet to officially confirm she's residing at Kyle's former home, check out the prep for her backyard gathering here:

In October, Sutton shared her excitement about moving to her new home. "All packed up and ready to go," she wrote on Instagram. "Staying in LA just around the corner. New house, new adventure!" Still, saying goodbye to her former abode was a bittersweet experience. After an Instagram commenter declared, "I loved your house!!!" Sutton responded, "Me too!!!! May she give happiness and love to new owners!!"
