Dorit Kemsley has seriously strong fashion game. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fashion plate routinely pushes the envelope when it comes to style. From fresh-off-the-runway Versace newsprint dresses to her devotion to all things fishnet, Dorit isn’t afraid to go there with her looks. But can we take a moment to bow down to one of her most recent ensembles that is both high fashion and totally accessible all at the same time?
On July 8, Dorit shared a few behind-the-scenes snaps on Instagram stories in which she wore an effortlessly sexy look that we totally want to try this summer. The Beverly Beach designer donned a classic, menswear-inspired oversized button down shirt — as a dress. Take that in for a second. Perhaps she nabbed it from hubby Paul “PK” Kemsley? Maybe she special ordered it from Paris? All we know is that we love it. Then, as if pulling off that Risky Business-inspired outfit wasn’t enough, the mom-of-two paired the closet staple with hot-off-the-runway Chanel accessories.
But this isn’t your typical handbag and heel accessorizing. No, Dorit is way more creative than that. Instead, Dorit sported the latest Chanel piece from the Spring 2019 collection (look 54 to be exact) that is basically a fanny pack-meets-necklace hybrid — and we die. The blonde beauty used the it-bag as a belt for her voluminous top and the chicest high-low, boy-meets-girl outfit was born. She topped her look off with Chanel hoop earrings (of course), and a pair of PVC ankle booties (naturally) for a totally runway-worthy effect.
