Faye Resnick Settles Her Chair Debate with Kyle Richards Once and for All
The answer to a years-long disagreement between The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills ladies has finally arrived.
Kyle Richards and Faye Resnick's friendship has endured for years, but one little disagreement has popped up between the two pals: whether or not it's legal to remove those tags on furniture that say "do not remove under penalty of law."
"I leave these things on," said The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills mom. "I'm scared — I don't want to go to jail!"
But Faye did some research after and posted her findings on Instagram.
"Kyle Richards, you make me laugh so much," she wrote. "I researched this last week and found out after all these years of being stressed about removing awful looking tags on upholstered goods, pillows and mattresses, that it's not against the law for the consumer to remove the tags after they buy it! This law applies to the manufacture and end seller! This is a game changer."
