Monyetta Shaw-Carter Launched a Press-On Nail Business to Elevate Your Manicure Game
The RHOA friend explained why her new venture "made perfect sense" and Kandi Burruss revealed her thoughts on the beauty business.
Monyetta Shaw-Carter nailed her entrance into the beauty industry. The Real Housewives of Atlanta friend just launched Keep It Classy, which offers press-on nails with a twist. Priced at $19.99 per box, the styles come in shapes ranging from square to coffin and stiletto. They're adorned with pink French tips, tiny jewels, and other embellishments.
"I've been obsessed with my press-on nails for years, and all of my friends consider me the press-on guru," Monyetta tells BravoTV.com. "It made perfect sense to have my own line of high-end acrylics at an affordable price! As a busy wife, mom, and entrepreneur, Keep It Classy Nails are strong and flexible, for chic women on the go."
Kandi Burruss reacts to Monyetta Shaw-Carter's Keep it Classy nails
On September 21, Kandi Burruss took to Instagram to share a photo of herself and Monyetta. She added a caption in support of her entrepreneurial pal. "My girl [Monyetta] just launched her bomb new premium press on nail line, Keep It Classy Nails!" Kandi wrote.
She added: "It’s a perfect way to conveniently elevate your nail game!" Kandi's post also included a photo of Monyetta clad in a sparkling pink dress, with a backdrop highlighting her new brand.
Monyetta announced the launch in her own feed, as well. On September 21, the nail mogul wrote: "Say hello to convenient, stunning nails at your fingertips! Keep It Classy Nails offers a range of high-quality press-on nails that are easy to apply and perfect for any occasion. From chic neutrals to bold and vibrant designs, we have something to suit every personal style and mood."
RHOA alum Cynthia Bailey commented on the post, showing support with a clapping emoji.
The Keep it Classy founder spilled more tea during a September 20 Instagram Live. Wearing another hot-pink dress in front of a balloon-flecked backdrop, Monyetta said that her line has "something for everyone." As for her own style, the RHOA friend confessed that she's a "classic white nail girl with a little pizazz."
