Is Marlo Hampton Sending a Message with Her Lipstick?
The Real Housewives of Atlanta friend seemingly hinted at her relationship status with a swipe of lipstick.
Whether she's serving "cake by the pound" in a neutral bodysuit or looking to show off her liposuction results in a barely-there dress, Marlo Hampton's fabulous fashion choices always make a statement. But in her latest ensemble, The Real Housewives of Atlanta friend decided to let her lipstick do all the talking.
On May 18, Marlo shared an Instagram Reel of herself getting ready. While Girl Like Me by Jazmin Sullivan featuring H.E.R. played in the background, the camera followed Marlo as she picked out a lipstick from her impressively organized makeup drawer. Marlo selected a nude matte Morphe lipstick in a rosewood hue. Before swiping the product on her lips, Marlo made sure to offer a close-up look at the shade name: "Single AF."
The possibly not-so-coincidental lip color served as the perfect finishing touch to Marlo's overall look. The ATL fashionista looked drop-dead gorgeous in a curve-hugging black dress by Lionne, which featured a sexy side cut-out and ruched detailing. She sported a fresh hairstyle featuring defined wines.
Was Marlo sending a message with this clip? Or was she just trying to let us in on her fab makeup find? Either way, she looked absolutely fierce.
In March 2020, Marlo opened up about her relationship status. "With me, it's like: thank God I'm single. I can't deal with this," she said on The Real Housewives of Atlanta After Show. "I am single. You know, there are a lot of men, but there's not a man."
