Kenya Moore Wore a Glamorous White Saint Laurent Gown on the Red Carpet
The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member was giving goddess at the 54th Annual NAACP Image Awards.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta recently observed an exciting honor at the 54th NAACP Image Awards, and a few peach holders were in attendance in dazzling fashion to celebrate.
For the event, which aired on February 25, RHOA was nominated for Outstanding Reality Program, Reality Competition or Game Show (Series). Upon hearing the news of the nomination in early January, several cast members took to social media to share their appreciation, including Kenya Moore, who went on to hit the red carpet for the star-studded affair.
“Thank you for nominating [RHOA] for Best Reality Show,” Kenya began a February 26 Instagram post of herself in a glamorous silk slip gown by Saint Laurent ($4,100) on the golden carpet. The Atlanta mom paired the simple chic look with David Yurman jewels, Christian Louboutin heels, and a black Bottega Veneta clutch, evoking classic Hollywood glamour with long curls and a deep side part.
“I felt honored to be amongst this group of immensely talented, amazing, positive, and beautiful people of color who were nominees,” Kenya continued in the caption. “The energy in the room was unapologetically Black Excellence personified.”
The haircare mogul went on to congratulate pop star Lizzo for ultimately taking home the prize for her Amazon Prime show Watch Out for the Big Grrrls and thanked all the fans who voted for RHOA.
Upon sharing her post, numerous Bravolebrities showed their support, with The Real Housewives of Potomac’s Gizelle Bryant calling the look “pretty,” while The Real Housewives of Miami’s Alexia Nepola said the brunette beauty’s style was “spectacular.”
Kenya’s RHOA castmate Kandi Burruss also attended the ceremony with a special date in tow: her daughter Riley Burruss.
In an Instagram photo shared on February 12, Riley could be seen showing off her playfully chic style in a black-and-white Balmain monogram miniskirt ($1,250) and matching cardigan ($2,795), pairing the outfit with black combat boots, long green nails, and deep auburn locks.
Kandi, for her part, rocked an elegant and sexy green satin blazer, pants, and a bustier top, completing her style with numerous gold accessories, strappy gold heels, and a high ponytail.
