Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker Had the Coolest Couples Style During NYFW
The Real Housewives of Atlanta couple attended a special fashion event looking runway-ready themselves.
Kandi Burruss makes a splash worldwide, and her domain includes New York City. The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member and her husband, Todd Tucker, recently had a date night at an exciting runway show. The entrepreneurial pair always looks stylish, and their latest looks are some of their coolest ensembles to date.
Kandi and Todd have a history of fabulous couples fashion. Case in point: Back in 2019, they attended a Jill Scott concert wearing matching white looks. While Kandi rocked a ruched minidress with lace-up sandals and hoop earrings, Todd wore an all-white ensemble that meshed perfectly with his wife’s look.
In 2020, Kandi and Todd showed off their flair for rocking designer logos. The singer wore a tonal Louis Vuitton look that paired a leather trench coat with a coordinating miniskirt. Todd opted for a Burberry look, wearing a sleek camel coat with a white button-down and gray denim. And speaking of designers, the couple was seen in the midst of some serious Louis Vuitton action in Todd’s snap.

In the September 12 post, a carousel of photos showed Kandi and Todd posing in front of a dark, textured backdrop. Todd wore fitted black pants, a checkered shirt, and a leather jacket. The Xscape singer wore the Infinity Dots Zip-UP Dress ($3,400) from the Louis Vuitton and Yayoi Kusama collaboration.
Sprinkled with fuchsia dots and Louis Vuitton logos, the playful piece has an exposed zipper in front and a sporty silhouette that includes a crew neck and a built-in belt. Kandi paired the dress with its matching bag ($4,300) and wore bubblegum-pink shoes.
Kandi accessorized the spotted dress with a low ponytail, dangling earrings, and a bright lip. In his caption, Todd called out her new bag. “I usually like to get fresh for less,” he wrote, “but I had to drop that bag on this swag.”
Just like Kandi’s new dress, her cowhide bag is covered in bright pink dots. According to the Louis Vuitton website, it also comes with a pumpkin-shaped charm, as Kusama is known for incorporating the gourd into her work.
Though Kandi has an eye-popping new bag, don’t expect her to grow her purse collection too quickly. Back in 2020, she took to Instagram to share this: “My friend… challenged me to a #birkinchallenge,” she wrote in her caption. “I don’t own a Birkin...Sorry.”
Her friend replied, “Well, let’s start a property challenge.” At that, Kandi responded: “Now you talking my language friend! I actually have another [property] closing tomorrow.”
