Kandi Burruss Is “Dropping Some Cuteness” with Blaze & Ace’s First-Day-of-School Looks
The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member revealed that Cynthia Bailey had a hand in the little ones’ outfits.
Over the years, we’ve had the pleasure of watching Kandi Burruss’ kids, Riley, Ace, and Blaze, grow up on The Real Housewives of Atlanta. Little did we know they were already stars in the making.
As seen on Season 14 of RHOA, Kandi took Ace to see an acting coach to work on his craft. Since then, Ace has built an impressive résumé, filming a movie, launching a YouTube channel, and starring in a KFC commercial alongside his mom.
Moreover, in the video you can watch above, Ace shows off his acting skills by impersonating Kandi, getting into character with his mom’s laugh before repeating a few phrases he often hears her say.
“This is our second time working together this year,” Kandi tells Ace in the clip, filmed earlier this season. “Yay!” the 7-year-old shouts, clearly enthusiastic about working with his mom again.
Speaking of enthusiasm, we couldn’t be more enthused to see Ace pop up on Kandi’s Instagram feed again, this time showing off a fresh ’fit with his little sister, Blaze, as they headed back to school.

“Dropping some cuteness on your timeline! It’s almost time for my babies to go back to school,” Kandi captioned an incredibly sweet photo on August 7 of her two children. In the adorable snap, Ace rocked a blue sweatsuit a dinosaur print and spiky embellishments on the sleeves and pants.
To go along with his edgy style, Kandi and Todd Tucker’s son held a black backpack with shark graphics and paired the outfit with black-and-white Nike Dunk Low kicks — a gift from someone special.
“Thank you [Cynthia Bailey] for Ace’s new sneakers! They were perfect,” Kandi concluded her caption. How sweet!
What’s more, Kandi’s little girl, Blaze, was pulling out all the style stops in an iridescent pink sequined dress covered in smiley faces. The tot paired her look with white high-top sneakers with pink laces and smiley faces.
Kandi praises her daughter’s swim skills
We recently caught up with more Kandi kid cuteness in July when the Atlanta mom shared some outtakes from Blaze’s swim lessons.
“A day in the life of [Blaze Tucker] taking swim lessons!” Kandi captioned the July 19 post. “She’s doing so good! [Just Us Swim Kids] is the best!”
While wearing an adorable swimsuit printed with SpongeBob SquarePants characters, Blaze was obviously quite comfortable in the water, splashing away in the pool with only a little bit of help.
“Look at her! You better go, girl!” Kandi gushed in the Instagram Story. “You better go, Blaze. Let’s see her do it again. Woohoo! Yaaaaay! Good job, Blaze.”
