Marlo Hampton Is Adding Fashion Designer to Her Already Extensive Resume
The upcoming clothing and accessories line is two years in the making, because as The Real Housewives of Atlanta stylist says: "Anything with my name attached has to be perfect."
We know The Real Housewives of Atlanta designer Shereé Whitfield's been working on her line of joggers, but RHOA pal Marlo Hampton has her own fashion brand in the works, too. The Atlanta fashionista has a million irons in the fire, and one big work project is her line, Arie and Emma. Marlo just posted a sneak peek of some of her accessory designs, including a luxe sleep mask, ski goggle eyewear, statement earrings, and a headpiece dripping in pearls.
"You already know I can put an outfit together (with my eyes closed), but did you know that I design clothes & accessories too?! It’s #workwednesday so I wanted to share some of what I’ve been working on the last 2 years," Marlo wrote on Instagram. "Yes, 2 years because I’m a perfectionist, so anything with my name attached has to be perfect."
The launch is almost here, though. She continued: "[The line] is a fashion and lifestyle brand inspired by my mother Emma and foster grandmother Arrie. Over the next month I’ll be sharing more about the brand as we get closer to the release."
