In case you haven't heard, Reza Farahan recently shed close to 50 pounds. Or, as he phrases it in the custom hashtag that always makes us chuckle, a bitch lost 40 pounds.
The Shahs of Sunset pal credits much of his slimming-down success to a clean diet, and has said that egg whites are a healthy dish he eats every day. Now, when you think of egg whites, you probably don't think about beautiful dishes that you'd be psyched to start your day with — right? That's understandable. But the recipe that Reza just posted is about to change-slash-blow your mind.
In a November 7 Instagram post, the fit Shah shared a photo of a beautifully colorful dish. "Breakfast of champions," he captioned the snap, and then proceeded to share the exact recipe. Here's what you'll need to do: Sautee some spinach in "a little Pam," then add egg whites. Add tomato, avocado, Serrano pepper; squeeze on some lime, and top it all with oil.
