The Real Housewives of New York City hostess had just one question after a recent dinner party: "Cake anyone?"
At a recent dinner party that Dorinda Medley threw for The Real Housewives of New York City, celebrity event planner Colin Cowie whipped up endive salads and a rack of lamb for the ladies. And while that all looked delicious, we couldn't help but wonder what was for dessert at the Berkshires shindig. (Go ahead, call us cake-obsessed. You wouldn't be wrong.)
In an Instagram Story from November 9, Dorinda shared a snap of the white marble countertop at Blue Stone Manor. Sitting next to the same darkly glamorous flower arrangements that had decked the dinner table were two cakes on crystal platters. Dorinda tagged South Carolina bakery Caroline's Cakes in her post, so we had to head over to the site and do some digging on these glorious-looking desserts.
It would appear that Dorinda treated her guests to Caroline's famous seven-layer cakes, which come in flavors like chocolate and pumpkin spice. And is that a random scoop of ice cream we spy on the cake stand? We wouldn't be surprised — things do tend to get a little wild in the Berkshires.
