Yolanda Foster appeared on KTLA 5 Morning News yesterday and gave an update on her years-long battle with Lyme disease.

"I am about 70% on a good day," the Beverly Hills housewife revealed. "So I still spend most of my days in bed. When I wake up in the morning my only mission is to find a cure for this disease."

In order to do that, Yolanda has been traveling the world and exploring a variety of medical options--from the traditional to the experimental--to help with her treatments. "I've been to nine different countries trying to find a cure. I very much respect Western medicine but I'm also very much open to everything holistic and everything in between," she explained. "And so I continue to travel and try to find answers for this. Not just for me but for the hundreds of thousands out there stuck in their homes and not able to live."

Just a couple of weeks ago, Yolanda posted Instagram photos from Seoul, South Korea where she underwent some experimental stem cell therapy. #IChooseToBeUnstoppable and #ExhaustedButDetermined were just a couple of the hashtags she used to describe her trip.

Yolanda is one of many victims of Lyme disease who has never known when or where she got bitten by the tick carrying the disease. "I just started having symptoms. I've been dealing with it for almost three years now," she said.
