Katie Flood Had *This* Reaction to Meeting Tom Schwartz in Winter House Season 3: "No Idea"

On the Season 3 premiere of Winter House, which aired on October 24, viewers got the chance to see Bravolebrities from five different shows head to Steamboat Springs, Colorado, for what will be an unforgettable two-week vacation filled with hookups, lots of parties, and of course some drama.

Upon the Winter House crew's arrival at the massive cabin, we learned the history behind the connections between some of them. Although most of the housemates already knew each other, there was one noticeably absent guest who had already become a topic of discussion – Tom Schwartz.

Katie Flood doesn't know Tom Schwartz

While getting acclimated and enjoying a few Loverboy drinks, Kyle Cooke explained to Danielle Olivera, Jordan Emanuel, Katie Flood, Kory Keefer, Malia White, and Casey Craig about the other Bravolebs who would be joining them in the house. After learning who they’d soon be in the mix with, Kyle dropped a bombshell by revealing that Tom Schwartz would be showing up a day late.

Danielle and Jordan were taken aback by the admission, especially since the Vanderpump Rules saga had just begun to bubble up at that time. During this point in the episode, images of news headlines about the 2023 drama started to appear on screen, leading Danielle and Jordan to express in their confessionals that they wanted to stay away from the drama that followed Tom.

As for Katie, on the other hand, she wasn’t even aware of who he was. In her interview, she expressed how she was so out of the loop, saying, “Am I living under a goddamn rock here?”

“I have no idea who the f-ck Tom Schwartz is,” she added.

Katie might’ve not known who Tom was in Season 3 premiere of Winter House; however, the two eventually get acquainted and spark a possible connection. 

According to Tom’s cast bio, while a “relationship is not on his list of priorities this vacation, he finds himself surprised to be crushing on a housemate while struggling to allow himself to finally move on from his past."

Oddly enough, his crush is identified as a Katie in the Winter House Season 3 trailer, where Tom confides in Danielle about his feelings for the Below Deck Mediterranean alum.

Tom tells Danielle: "Katie's so hot, but I could never hook up with someone named Katie again."

"This is the universe f-cking with me," he adds in a confessional. "It's a good joke."

Sure, Tom has hopes of steering clear of Katie, but that might be a little hard considering that she also piqued interest in him. As she explains, "I'm finding myself attracted to Tom."
