Meredith Marks Revealed How She Really Knows Erin Lichy After RHONY Appearance
Meredith Marks and Erin Lichy reconnected between the many rounds of toasts to Erin and her husband, Abe.
Erin Lichy's anniversary party may have been lacking in the food department, but there was no shortage of celebrity guests.
Cameras were rolling at the party for Season 14, Episode 6 of The Real Housewives of New York City, giving viewers an inside look at the celebration of Erin and Abe Lichy's 10-year marriage. It was a glamorous occasion that saw multiple speeches delivered by the couple's closest friends as guests, including Housewives Sai de Silva, Brynn Whitfield, Jessel Taank, and Jenna Lyons, looked on.
In between the more than five toasts, Erin reconnected with multiple friends, including Real Housewives of Salt Lake City cast member Meredith Marks, who made a glamorous appearance in a monochrome red outfit. She and Erin, along with Meredith's son Brooks, a fashion designer and NYU graduate, hugged and talked about their lives, a moment that was captured by the cameras.
How do Meredith Marks and Erin Lichy know each other?
Meredith Marks revealed how the two met on the September 19, 2023 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.

She shook her head no when asked by Andy if she’d known the New York Housewife at BravoCon or prior to RHONY Season 14.
“We met through a mutual friend,” Meredith told the WWHL host.
She explained attending Erin and Abe’s anniversary party “was a quick stop-by” on her way to see Andy.
We do know Meredith has spent plenty of time in NYC. Over the years, Meredith has spent a lot of time in the Big Apple for various events, including New York Fashion Week and more. Plus, Brooks continues to live in the city, giving the jewelry designer yet another reason to visit.
"She’s always in New York. She does a ton of work there and we go to all the same restaurants and stuff. I mean when I first went to NYU, she was showing me the best places in New York and whatever," Brooks told NYU Local in 2022.
Brooks revealed that he even ran into his mom while "out in New York before."
Meredith and Erin have something else in common: Meredith also worked in real estate development prior to launching her jewelry line in 2004.
Meredith previously revealed that she decided to take a chance on her dreams after being mugged while living in Chicago.
“I was like, ‘Wait a second, what am I doing here? I have so much going on between talking to 8,000 contractors a day on the real estate projects, between getting woken up by the alarm going off at 5:00 in the morning at the gym, this, that and the other,'” she told Page Six. “I had three young children and I was like, ‘What am I doing? I’m so checked out of my family.'”
She went on to launch her eponymous jewelry line shortly thereafter, providing expertly crafted necklaces, earrings, and more accessories for the elite.
Additionally, Meredith has created Meredith Marks Caviar, yet another offshoot of her luxury brand. Perhaps Meredith can provide some caviar for Erin's next weekend getaway?
